내가 이 책의 겉표지만 보았다면 책의 내용은 환상적인 동화라고 예상했다.

복잡한 남한과 북한 문제라는 거대한 문제를 다루었지만 매력적인 주인공 캐릭터에 빠져 문제가 되지 않았다.

나는 개인적으로 제이슨이란 인물이 정말 매력적으로 느껴졌는frankly데,

제이슨이라는 캐릭터 자체가 너무 외롭고 쓸쓸했기 때문에 연민의 감정이 느껴졌었다.

한편으론 도박꾼이라는 제이슨의 직업이 `All in` 이라는 드라마처럼 근사해 보이기도 했지만, 역시 도박꾼라는 제이슨은 방황과 인생의 고민이 베어 있는 것 같았다.

제일 흥미진진하게 읽었던 부분이 있었는데 그 부분은 제이슨이 각 남한과 북한으로부터 위험한 임무를 받게 되는 부분이다.

그 임무는 "한쪽은 도박으로 200억원을 모두 잃어라" 와 "또 다른 한쪽은 200억원을 400억원으로 만들어라 였다."
The duty is "One loses all 20 billion wons by gambling" and "Another one was make from 20 billion wons to 40 billion wons."
200억을 모두 잃게 된다면 잘못하면 제이슨이 의심을 받게 되어 위험에 빠질 확률이 있고 400억으로 만들 경우 제이슨은 배신하게 되는 상황이라는 것이다.
If mistake if lose all 20 billion, because Jason receives doubt, there is probability to fall in danger and Jason is that is situation that break faith with in case make by 40 billion.
나는 첩보영화를 본 느낌이 들었다.

단 1분 1초도 놓칠 수 없는 그런 영화, 이 소설이 영화화된다면 어떨까 하는 상상에 빠져본다.
