One day there, lived a girl named Reba Jo. Reba Jo loved to twang her own guitar and sing while the prairie wind whistled through the thirsty sagebrush. Sometimes she goes across to her daddy’s land. One day while she was going to her daddy’s land she pretended to rope around arroyos long ugly neck. When she lasso whirled into the air, a huge wind came and blew her new cowgirl hat. But then, horned toad came and said when he found her hat back she needs to make some chili to him, play guitar for him and let him take a nap in her hat, but Reba Jo didn’t keep the promise and she ran away. Then, horned toad went to Reba Jo’s house and she slam…(생략)

father said to Reba Jo to promise about the deal. Then she made a chili to horned toad. Also she played her guitar. After playing guitar the horned toad asked one more favor. It was to give him a kiss and toad said “If you kiss me I will leave right away.” Reba Jo had a hard time to pick. Then she kissed a horned toad. The toad swept the horned toad off his feet, and whirled him around in a dizzying cloud of prairie dust. The horned toad changed to a prince ! Then the prince Maximillian Jose Diego Lopez de Espana leaved right away what he has promised like.

만약 자신이 카우 걸 모자를 찾아주면 자신에게 칠리를 만들어 주고, 두꺼비에게 기타연주를 해주고 Reba Jo의 모자에서 잠을 자게 해달라고 했습니다. Reba Jo는 좋다고했습니다. 하지만 Reba Jo는 모자만 가져가고 약속을 지키지 않았습니다. 두꺼비는 화가나서 Reba Jo의 집으로가 제발 문을 열어 달라고 했습니다. Reba Jo의 아버지는 두꺼비가 왜 왔는지 묻고 Reba Jo에게 약속은 약속이라고 꼭 지키라고 하셨습니다. 그래서 Reba Jo는 약속대로 칠리도 만들어 주고 기타연주를 해주었습니다. 기타연주 후 두꺼비는 약속 1개만 더 해 달라고 부탁하고 만약 이 약속을 지키면 자기는 이 집에서 바로 나가겠다고 하였습니다. 두꺼비의 소원은 Reba Jo가 자신에게 키스를 해주는 일이였습니다. Reba Jo는 고민을 하다가 두꺼비에게 키스를 하였습니다. 키스를 하고 나서 못난 두꺼비는 왕자 Maximillian Jose Diego Lopez de Espana로 변신했습니다. 왕자는 예전에 마법에 걸려 Reba Jo같은 카우 걸에게 키스를 받아야지 마법에 풀리다고 설명을 해주고 바로 Reba Jo의 집을 떠났습니다.
