Learning English is always highlighted for its importance. Lets think about language in general. When Latin died out sometime in the 15th century, an official form of language communication went missing. Now in the UN, six major language exist as forms of communication. Many argue that global harmony can be easily accomplished if we share one standard global language. However, this idea can be dangerous. Although the importance of one global language is emphasized, nations should be careful with too much advancement of one particular language. This is because language is an essential component of a national identity. Language is really important for national image or identity.
