I read a book that is ‘괭이부리말 아이들’ not long ago.
As this ‘괭이부리말 아이들’ conducts program of ‘MBC`, it is a book that know.
‘괭이부리말` is the village that poor people gather and live.
I had thought that is backing that writer fabricates this village gives interest.
But, speak that is village oldest month that exist actually to Inchon Manseokdong surprisingly.
Have known this truth, ‘괭이부리말` was vexatious on the one hand as it is more familiar.
Dong-su and Dong-jun, Suk-ja and Suk-hui that is master are children who live in this village.
This children were children who live so brightly and genuinely in spite of hungry and difficult environment.

저는 얼마 전에 ‘괭이부리말 아이들’이라는 책을 읽었습니다.

‘괭이부리말 아이들’은 MBC ‘느낌표’라는 프로그램을 보면서 알게된 책입니다.

‘괭이부리말’은 가난한 사람들이 모여 사는 마을입니다.

나는 이 마을이 재미를 주기 위해 작가가 꾸며낸 배경일거라 생각했었습니다.

그러나 놀랍게도 인천 만석동에 실제로 존재하는 가장 오래된 달동네라고 합니다.

이 사실을 알고 나니, 괭이부리말이 더욱 친숙하면서도 한편으로는 안타까웠습니다.

주인공인 동수와 동준이, 숙자와 숙희는 이 마을에서 살아가는 아이들입니다.

이 아이들은 배고프고 어려운 환경에도 불구하고, 너무나도 밝고 순수하게 살아가는 아이들이었습니다.

이 책에서는 괴롭고, 슬프고, 때론 즐거운 우리 주변 사람들의 모습을 읽으면서 소박하면서도 큰 감동을 느낄 수 있었습니다.

이 책을 읽으면서 계속 느꼈던 것이었지만, 가난과 같은 어려움이 닥쳐도 희망이 있고, 가족간의 사랑이 곁에 있다면 헤쳐나갈 수 있음을 절실히 느꼈습니다.

그리고 나만 잘살기보다는 어렵게 살아가는 우리 이웃들에게도 관심과 사랑을 가지게 되는 계기가 된 것 같습니다.

이렇게 사랑과 희망과 주변을 둘러볼 수 있는 기회를 마련해 준 이 책에게 매우 고맙다고 말하고 싶습니다.
